Taalib-din was a scholar-warrior and kindred spirit. We shared the same passion for doing good and perhaps, also, doing well in order to do good. We are indebted to Taalib-din for initially bringing our diversity program into Boeing.

I think fondly of all the times we met: at KMA seminars at Boeing, to be sure, but also at dinners with Jean, Ken, Denise and me and with me also one-on-one for lunch in Chicago.

Our conversations were always free, easy, full of jokes and laughter, intellectually stimulating, spiritual, and in terms of friendship: precious. We had each other's back. I am blessed for having known him.

Muslimah & Taalib-Din

We met in December of 1972 and both of our lives were changed forever.

We had a connection of the soul and body that is ever so present with me now.

We created a family of his mine and our which was the greatest gifts you gave to me. The bond of love that was created between you, me and all our children is the glue that sustains all of us today.

We were the best friends who would never let more then week go by without talking.

Yes, I was fascinated by my your mind and I thank God for your presence in my life.

I will miss you greatly…………..

Because I believe that our old souls have been around a long time and have

crossed paths before this life, I know you are with me now and always.

So, this is not good-bye but until we meet again.............

There are so many memories that I want to share I don't know which to begin with.  Daddy was such a special person to me.

One memory that stands out right now is the day that I graduated from High School.  All of my family was there, but my Daddy was in rare form.  Education is so important to him and I could see that he was so proud that day; it shone on his face.  I was so happy to see how proud of me he was.  That was a good day.
